Tod Nissle is a long time trainer that currently holds multiple Strength and Speed professional certifications.
He haas coached for multiple high level travel baseball teams as well as personally training clients that have played in the MLB along with a host of collegiate players down to 7U players that are just beginning their baseball journeys…
Nissle is a firm believe that every athlete has unique strengths (and weaknesses) and works to mold and improve each players individual games.
Tod has a great ability to break down instruction into easy to understand priorities and mental approaches.
